Orders can be cancelled within 30 minutes of being placed during our standard operating hours of 8am to 11pm ET.. Please call us at to cancel your order or request updates within that 30-minute timeframe. After that, your order will begin processing, and can no longer be changed. Please note, we are unable to add or make changes to the items in your order.

Your order number is listed near the top of your order confirmation email — sent within 15 minutes of purchasing. It also appears in your shipping confirmation email, along with the tracking number for your package. You can also find your order number by visiting My Account.
