Empowering Women

Empowering women was part of Naroz LTD vision from the company’s inception. She launched the Naroz LTD Foundation in 2025 as a non-profit with a clear mission — to advance women’s entrepreneurship — and a conviction that a purpose-led company represented the future of business. The Foundation provides women entrepreneurs in the United States with access to capital, education and community; its annual programming offers more than half-a-million women each year resources and networking support to help grow their business. Through her unique hybrid model, Naroz has created a paradigm for authentic brand purpose.
